We are an authorized dealer for Steiner
Binoculars and Steiner Binocular Parts & Accessories.
If you require service or repair, you will need to ship the
binocular by prepaid freight to the Steiner U.S. Service Center.
Prior to shipping, please be sure to obtain a repair authorization
number by e-mailing or calling the Steiner Service Center
at service@steiner-binoculars.com,
or 800-257-7742.
Once you have a repair authorization
number, you will need to download and complete the RA Form,
which needs to be included with your shipment.
